Vampire NPCs

Vampire NPCs are Halloween encounters that appear at night in places where zombie or bandit encounters can spawn. Using a Meteor Shard at the Bloodied Arena has a 25% chance to summon them. Defeating one has a 30% chance to drop Candy. Vampire NPC encounters can spawn more than once in a night.
