Halloween event NPC

The Halloween event adds Ghost and Vampire NPC encounters, Candy drops and seven Stand skins. Nights last twice as long during the event. Ghost and Vampire NPC encounters can each spawn multiple times per night.

Getting Candy

• Chests: 15% chance for 1–2 Candy; they can be reopened after about 15 minutes.
• Tumbleweeds: 10% chance for 1 Candy.
• Ghosts: 30% chance for 1 Candy; they appear at night and spawn more often in Ghost Town.
• Vampire NPCs: 30% chance for 1 Candy; they appear at night in zombie and bandit encounter locations.
• Moe Wolff: can drop 3–6 Candy; the chance is not specified.

Candy can also be eaten to restore about 12 HP.

Mud Witch trades

At the Mud Witch, trade 35 Candy and 2 Arrow Shards for The Spirit of Halloween. Use it with an eligible Stand that has no skin equipped to get a Halloween skin. Without a Stand, it acts like a regular Stand arrow and gives no event skin. She also trades 10 Candy for 1 Roka Seed.
