Find a Meteor Shard in chests or mini-safes, or collect one during a Meteor Shower. Using it either restores missing limbs and fully heals you or makes it explode and briefly ragdoll you.
At night, hold a shard in Moe Wolff's dwelling behind Ridge B. County. If it glows red, using it can summon Moe Wolff, Brulaques or a Thriller Night. Event summons have a five-minute cooldown.
