Fishing is one of the fastest ways to earn XP, Moola, and rare items, including Arrow Shards.
Description
To start fishing, you need to purchase a Fishing Rod for 150 Moola from the Tackle Bait shop at the Docks (on the map). The Fishing Rod counts as a Utility item.
Fishing Process
- Click and hold to cast your rod toward your cursor.
- After the fish bites, a QTE (Quick Time Event) will begin - you must press the correct keys to reel in your catch.
- The length and difficulty of the QTE depend on the rarity of what you caught. The longer the QTE sequence, the better the loot.
- Note: If you eat a raw fish, your character will throw up and be stunned for a brief period.
Bait
Bait can be purchased from the same Tackle Bait shop at the Docks. Prices:
- 1 Bait - 10 Moola
- 20 Bait - 150 Moola (bulk discount)
Bait does not need to be equipped - simply having it in your inventory is enough. Each cast consumes 1 Bait and provides the following bonuses:
- Your pull time becomes 2x faster.
- Legendary pull chance increases from 0.1% to 0.2%.
