Vestige of the Bolt Action Rifle, a sniper of unspeakable doom.
Top of the line single-fire scoped marksman rifle with range and damage rivaling the infamous bolt action. Damage scales with distance nicely though not as potently for headshots. Loses effectiveness & damage at close range. Tradeoff with the Malcolm .70 is ammo count and reload speed.
