Quest giver: Wekapipo. He appears during winter and leaves five minutes after spawning.

  1. Speak to Wekapipo and accept his request to kill six different Spin users.
  2. Complete the kills, then speak to him again.

You can now buy Wrecking Ball for 2,000 Moola and Faux Wrecking Ball for 3,000 Moola. These are purchases unlocked by the quest, rather than free rewards.
