Quest giver: Gabriel the Jailer, at the Sheriff's Department in Ridge B. County.

Requirement: Be an Inlaw.

Steps

1. Speak to Gabriel and accept the quest.
2. Kill five Outlaw players.
3. Return to Gabriel to claim the reward.

After claiming the reward, Gabriel offers dialogue about Wesley, who is upstairs. Wesley's quests unlock purchases from him, including Akimbo 1857's.
