Vampires use Blood Vials as currency at The Core. The Inconspicuous Vampire makes a vial by draining about 90% of your blood bar. Vials remain after death or leaving the game.
At Tier 1, bring at least three vials before speaking to the Core. Offerings pay for progression quests; rerolling a quest costs one vial.
